We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel informed us that they were fully booked, but they arranged for us to stay in a nearby 4-star hotel instead. The staff went above and beyond, even accompanying us to the new hotel. The room on the 2nd floor was spacious and filled with natural light. The bed was very comfortable, and we were happy to find that the towels were fresh. The hotel also offered great rates for laundry, and we were impressed that they returned our items on the same day. they allowed us to check in early in the morning, which was a big plus. The location of the hotel in a quiet area with lots of nature around was also appealing.
